It's here! the new videoclip of Team William! The two directors are my friends Michélé De Feudis and Joris Bergmans. I animated all of the walkcycles, God and that bouncing little duck you see in the background a lot. ;)
The other people who worked on it are: Lois Van Baarle,
Michèle Vanparys and Maxim Vandeputte. Great job everyone. Now let's make some more!

Second runner up (3rd prize)
One film stood out because it scored high on all aspects of animation filmmaking: story, direction, design, animation, strong characterization, timing, camera and editing.
Although the clue of the film can be foretold by the audience, it is the overall quality of the filmmaking that keeps the audience amused until the very last credit.
Third prize goes to the film that tells us the story of mankind’s eternal fight over money and how it can ruin friendship: Opgejut by Koen De Koninck (RITS Erasmushogeschool Brussels).

My goodness, they made me blush! :p
They forgot one thing: the great coloring by my dad :p

oh boy, what a feast! at last, the much awaited feature film: the secret of kells is about to be released (by no less than Disney: Later I can tell my children that I was an intern on a disney feature :) but not really, because they only release the film. ) It was a kickass internship: and although there wasn't much work left, I still got to learn a lot. And I met plenty of fantastic animators, especially Pascal Vermeersch: kick ass animator, mentor and a big 'big lebowski' fan.
I can't wait to see it. I hope you all unleash a viking attack to your nearest kinepolis! and after the movie: to stay in the mood: drink a couple of guinnes stout beers!

This are the reference models for my graduation shortfilm. I think this will make it a helluva lot easier to animate my characters. They are made of plasticine so I can modify them whenever I like. For example to alter the expression of the face.

I tell you: it's going to be one hell of a kick ass monk movie! The talent that's working in Walking the Dog is amazing! Yoda would say: "Much to learn Keunemeun still has!" but then again Yoda is just a greenish hairy puppet so...Up the shut fuck!

Here are the two stop motion movies I worked on. There pretty hard to find on you tube so I'll post them here for everyone to enjoy or loathe! yey

the first one,Eduard, we ( Koen Saelemaekers, Andreas de Ridder, Maarten van Rooy and me )made in our first year of animation. But it wasn't an assignement, we made it after our final exams.

the second movie, My First Paradise, isn't quite finished yet. We still have to put sound on it, plus we have to clean a bunch of shots ( so you can see the rigging we used to stabilize the puppets. )This was an assignement for our second year.
